許多人騎上腳踏車時,

經常會把各種交通規則拋諸腦後,

或是這是單車帶來的自由感所產生的副作用.

 

最常發生的情況是,

遇到紅燈不停,咻的一聲闖過去,

這樣無疑是錯誤的.

 

但是如果是無紅燈,有停止標誌的路口呢?

是否需要完全的停止,

目前在美國有所討論,

各州似乎都在考慮效法Idaho州的立法例,

將遇無紅燈,僅有停止標誌的路口  "減速-看左看右-繼續前進"除罪化.
